July 09. 2009

My parsley plant has gotten so big, that we decided it was time to use some of the larger leaves. Here is a picture of me atempting to snip the largest ones:

Here is my pretty parsley:


We had fresh halibut, so we made a recipe that involved a marinade with the parsley in it, and spanish olives on top. I also put some chopped fresh parsley on top.
